For this building, I considered the functionality needs for the clients. The upper grand is meant for CJ Hendry and underground is for Revival Cycle. As CJ Hendry is an artist, I thought her requirements are enough sun light, enough space for producing artworks, and place to hang canvases. Therefore, the second floor of the building contains a lot of windows and at the same time, one side of the floor's wall has less windows, which allows CJ Hendry to hang the artworks. That applies to the display space as well. In addition, as artists sometimes want to refresh their tangled mind, I prepared balconies where they can enjoy views. Also, it is possible for CJ Hendry to bring the canvas to the balcony to paint.
For Revival Cycle, I thought for the transportation system for the manufactured bikes. As bikes are heavy, I thought it is impossible to bring the bike upstairs with just stairs. Thus, I added slopes beside the stairs which connects the ground floor and the basement. The slopes are placed on both sides of stairs so two situations, when workers have to bring bikes up, and down would not make workers suffer from handedness.
